Shipping info for New Zealand customers:

All New Zealand deliveries require a signature and so we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. We regularly ship orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Orders are delivered overnight by New Zealand Couriers. Tracking details are always emailed once your item is on its way. Rural deliveries may take 2-3 days to arrive.

Shipping info for customers outside New Zealand:

International orders are sent by New Zealand Post Airmail and are usually delivered within 7-10 business days. However, it may take as long as 20 days for delivery to some countries.

What type of payment do you accept?

For iPod or Mac parts we accept credit cards (through paypal) and for New Zealand orders we also accept bank deposits. For our Mac services we accept cheque or bank deposit for New Zealand customers and PayPay for international customers.

Will you repair my iPod for me?

No - we’re no longer offering a repair or part installation service. Once upon a time iFix offered an iPod repair service but back in early 2008 we started selling DIY (do it yourself) iPod repair kits. We feel that by supplying the parts and knowhow we’re able to provide a more economical service to you.

Does iFix offer a warranty on the iPod parts is sells?

Yes - Most of our products have a one year warranty. This covers you for manufactures defects from the date you purchased the item. It does not cover any other damages, abuse, misuse, installation, data loss or shipping charges. iPod hard drives have a 6 month warranty.

My iPod is completely non-responsive what should I do?

First thing to try is Apples 5 R's. If that doesn't help you may want to try to charge and/or restore your iPod from a different computer.
